I am Dr. Baraka W. Perez, a Medical Psychologist and your guide to wellness! I encourage you to make yourself a priority by honoring your worth and taking up space. We juggle a multitude of roles, but somehow, we tend to place ourselves last. Mental fatigue can leave us with a lack of motivation and self-doubt. When we can't identify the issue, it's challenging to address it. I can help you unveil your purpose and see it to fruition whether through talk therapy, assessment, or medication management.
